Summary and Future Work • Preliminary Laser Scanning Microscope study shows that there are deposition (composition is not known) on the surface of Up Stream beryllium button. Max. deposition height is ∼ 210 µ m • Proper fixture is required to hold the sample and to view the curved surface the curved surface • SEM study shall be done for composition of the deposition 12
