GRTgaz and TIGF create the TRADING REGION SOUTH . TIGF and GRTgaz have been focused on the objective to offer a contractual solution that would not add complexity to the current contractual setting They are currently working on an automatic and undifferentiated access switch over to the TRS exchange point through one or the other TSO’s transport contract 8
Shippers have subscribed with TIGF and/or GRTgaz a contractual section dedicated to the access to the PEG TIGF with TIGF (section 3.1 or 3.2) and/or to the PEG Sud with GRTgaz (section D1 or D2) • Refund ( pro rata temporis ) of the fixed access fees (6,000 Euros/year) at the PEG TIGF Some of the shippers have booked capacities at the commercial interconnection between both networks : PITT GRTgaz Sud (Appendix C.1) or PIR Midi (Appendix B.1) • No new commercialization of capacity products starting on 1 st of April 2015 or after (through FCFS and through OSP) • Capacity products starting on 1 st of April 2015 or after, already allocated through Open Season, become obsolete 9

The 1 st of April 2015, disappearance of the interface point between GRTgaz and TIGF • PIR Midi (on GRTgaz side) • PITT GRTgaz Sud (on TIGF side) The 31 th of March 2015, closing of the existing booked capacities between GRTgaz and TIGF. The restrictions of capacity between GRTgaz and TIGF are transfered on the other points of the Trading Region South. 16

The invoicing method remains unchanged for each TSO except for the TRS. From the invoicing of June : sending of a document detailing the amounts exchanged on the TRS to each shipper. From 1st of April 2015, no marketing process on PITT GRTgaz Sud et PIR Midi. TIGF on TETRA : • The 20/02/15 : last day of monthly capacity sales for March 2015 on PITT GRTgaz Sud • The 30/03/15 before 02:30 p.m : last day of daily capacity sales for the 31/03/15 on PITT GRTgaz Sud GRTgaz on T@ : • The 20/02/15 : last day of monthly capacity sales for March 2015 on PIR Midi • The 30/03/15 : last day of daily capacity sales for the 31/03/15 on PIR Midi At 01:00 p.m : for the FCFS method At 03:00 p.m : for the auctions 19
TIGF and GRTgaz Forecasts and nominations having a gasday after the 31/03/15 on PITT GRTgaz/PIR Midi and PEG TIGF/PEG Sud will be refused (warning : rejection of the entire transmission request batch) Be careful for those who make nominations in M-1 GRTgaz Forecast on PEG Sud will be automatically migrated on the TRS Nominations on the TRS will be accepted only from the 30/03/15 for gasdays after the 31/03/15 Nominations on the TRS will be done with a GRTgaz shipper c ode : For those who already have a GRTgaz shipper code , the code remains the same For those who do not have, a GRTgaz shipper code will be assigned 20
TIGF and GRTgaz Provisional, Definitive and Rectified data published during April and after, regarding the allocations of March or before, will be based on the current rules. The invoicing terms for period prior to the 1 st of April remain unchanged. 21

In D-1 and D, the forecasted imbalance is calculated across the entire TRADING REGION SOUTH, for each shipper and for the gas day D. The forecasted imbalance is calculated using the quantities confirmed by operators, for the gas day D and for the shipper, on the following points PITS, PITM,PITP, PIR, PIRR, PITT, PIP, PS, PL and TRS of the TRADING REGION SOUTH. The forecasted imbalance will be included in programs which operators send to the shippers . 25

In D+1 total imbalance is calculated across the entire TRADING REGION SOUTH, for each shipper and for the gas day D The total imbalance by shipper is calculated based on the quantities allocated by operators for the gas day D and the shipper, on the following points PITS, PITTM, PITP, PIR, PIRR, PITT, NS link, PS, PL and TRS of the TRADING REGION SOUTH. 30
In D+1, contractual imbalances are calculated by distributing total imbalance over TIGF zone and GRTgaz Sud zone, by shipper and gas day D. Total imbalance is distributed over TIGF zone and GRTgaz Sud zone using an individual distribution key according to the category of the shipper. The contractual imbalances are provided with the allocations data to the shipper : • In D+1 asap (provisional data) • in D+n in case of changes (update during the month) • At the latest on 15th of month M+1 (définitive data) 31
There are three different categories of shippers : CATEGORY 1 : SUPPLIER Shippers who have capacities on PS and/or PL of the TRADING REGION SOUTH CATEGORY 2 : SHIPPER Shippers who don’t have capacities on PS and/or PL of the TRADING REGION SOUTH but have capacities on at least one of the points PITT, NS link, PITS, PITP, PIR, PIRR of the TRADING REGION SOUTH CATEGORY 3 : TRADER Shippers who have an access to the point TRS only 32
