Coordinator View Recording Activities in Coordinator View Coordinators will be able record the activities that have taken place in their school. Each Employer Partnership listed can be edited to record an activity. An activity will consist of: • Provider/Location – set automatically • Type of support – set automatically • Date & Time – date & time pickers will be used • Title • Description • School staff involved – added via textbox (optional field) • Pupils who took part – option to bulk add pupils and from multiple year groups o Activities to appear in pupil’s profile and in their Learning Plan / Logbook
Quality Assurance Provide a way to record and report on the quality of the work placement and other activities. Standard questionnaire with a range of multiple choice questions – Questions developed against the ‘I Can’ statements from the Career Education Standard. • Pre Placement • Post Placement • Text box for general comments Reports will be created in the coordinator and authority views with results of the questionnaires. Filter by year group, school and provider. Information displayed graphically as well as statistical report.
Work Place Learning Plan / Logbook Work Place Learning Plan and Logbook are required Use to record and then reflect on the learning and experience gained Electronic versions to be developed for WorkIT and also made available in the Planit portfolio. Aim for the new SQA Work Placement Units to be available in WorkIT. We are currently developing mobile friendly public pages and pupil area of WorkIT
