Orange County Public Schools Construction Update and Milestones - Notice to Proceed (NTP) was issued July 24, 2017. - Tilt Wall Panels were completed on November 06, 2017. - Structural Steel Erection was completed January 05, 2018 - Roofing work has started and will be completed by February 01, 2018 - Window installation started and will be completed by February 28, 2018 - Exterior painting has started and will be completed by February 15, 2018 - Interior finishes have begun. - Project is 40% complete. - Project remains on schedule: Substantial Completion of Phase I - June 8 th 2018 - Substantial Completion of Phase II – August 3 rd 2018 - Substantial Completion of Phase III – September 18 th 2018 - Sustainability
