Club schedule this term Monday 18th September – • Invite-only club letters will be sent to pupils being invited to attend specific clubs- if you receive one of these letters please ensure you complete the reply slip and return it to school by Wednesday 20th September. Please note: if you select an invite-only club, you daughter will automatically be exempt from any other club on that day when you open the online link. Monday 25th and Tuesday 26th September- • Online sign-up is available. You will be sent a link on Monday morning to access the online system. When registering, you will select your daughter’s year group and be presented with the clubs on offer to them therefore you will need to sign-up for each of your daughters separately. The system will inform you when a club is full but you may choose to add your daughter’s name to the waiting list. Wednesday 27th September 6am – Online sign-up closes.

  14. Wednesday 27th September 13.30-15.00 – Primary Sports Hall Payment for clubs should be made at this time in cash. Do not come to pay if your name is on the waiting list. If payment is not received on this day for reserved places, we will fill the available places from the waiting list and contact parents to come in to pay. Parents, drivers, nannies may all make payments for your daughter’s club. Thursday 28th September 13, 2017 All students will receive confirmation of their clubs: FS and Year 1 and 2 will have a sticker in the Student Planner; KS2 girls (Years 3 – 6) will write their information into their planner themselves. Monday 2nd October – Clubs start. Pick up times for all clubs except swimming is 15.00 from the pick-up area. Please be punctual and bring your collection pass. Swimming classes finish at the published times on the information for the specific club.

  17. Paperless Communication From September 2017 we will move towards paperless communication where possible. You will receive links to the school webpage where there will be letters / information for you to read. At the start of the year these are organised into sections: Current Information- Newsletter, reports etc • Calendar dates (including Open door dates, Assemblies, Key calendar • dates) Clubs information • • Educational Visits We will still send reminders for events affecting your daughters, but the details will all be on the webpage link. Please make sure you do not miss information being published. Please note: where signatures are required, a paper letter will be sent home- eg Education visits for your daughter’s class
