  34. Apprenticeships A big benefit for EDA members The government to increase the quantity and quality of apprenticeships in England to achieve 3 million starts in 2020. Government levy to support this. Access to Apprenticeship funding for everyone at any age any level. Maximum 10% employer contribution. Employers designing new, fit-for-purpose Apprenticeships Standards – Tr ailblazer Changes in funding and introduction of the Apprenticeship Levy in May 2017 3
