Apply for Nomination • All applicants to a service academy must have a nomination (except US Coast Guard Academy) • Nominations may come from: • Member of U.S. House of Representatives who represents YOUR congressional district • Either U.S. Senator from your state (Sen. Durbin, Sen. Duckworth) • Applying directly to the Vice-President of the United States

App ppli licatio ion Che heckli list • Complete Online Application: www.schneider.house.gov • Complete 3 Reference Forms • 3 Letters of Recommendation All materials due by • Submit Photo October 15 th • Submit High School Transcript • Submit ACT/SAT Scores • Write a letter to Congressman Schneider about why you want to attend a service academy • Signature of Applicant and Signature of Parent (if applicant is under 18)
