  11. 2020 Benefits Changes HDHP - Silver Medical plan (IRS changes) : ● In-network deductible increasing to $2,800 individual, $5,600 family. ○ Out-of-pocket maximums increasing to $6,900 individual, $13,800 family ○ Health savings account (HSA) : Annual max increasing $3,550 individual, $7,100 ● family Dental plan : Calendar year maximum per person is increasing from $1,500 to $2,000 ● Long-term disability buy-up : new maximum of $20,000 per month ● Acupuncture : Now 10 visits a year for acupuncture appointments. IMPORTANT ADDITIONAL BENEFITS Preventive Care All Veolia medical plans cover in-network preventive care services at 100% with no deductible ● Prescription drug options - If you are enrolled in HDHP Plan, you may now fill prescriptions for ● preventive medications used to treat certain chronic conditions before satisfying the medical plan deductible.
