PDM - URF 13
Do’s and Dont’s for URF DO DO • Encourage the use of the PIC in electronic submission system (a significant simplification is now available for repeat customers- consistency and shorter time to contract) • Encourage entities to appoint a LEAR • Encourage self registrants and LEARs to upload documents with their requests 14
Do’s and Dont’s for URF DON ’ ’T T DON • Create a spontaneous application in URF if a PIC already exists • Don’t use self registration screens to send corrected data (appoint a LEAR and modifications go to the top of the queue) • Don’t use the Validation team mail box for general questions (use the Enquiry Service) 15
