Tree Application Process cont’d: • - If there is an approved Tree Preservation plan use the Tree Permit Application and provide the approved AP# in the space provided on the application. • - Schedule pre-construction meeting to review proposed work and alignments through the tree reviewer. • - The approved tree application is valid only for the proposed scope of work (site work, platting, building permit) • ** Tree applications are to be submitted to intake staff to ensure proper processing, assignment of an AP# and distribution to the appropriate staff. This will ensure tree applications are tracked through the review, inspection, and approval stages • A revision to IB 552, currently under committee review, will provide clarification for geo-tech/soil sampling site work applications and inspection process
