  3. The Engelmohr Residence Bathroom/laundry plan works great! Bedroom Closet Bedroom Bedroom Library Second Floor – 1340 s.f. We love the big open kitchen-family Dining room but it is a little loud at times. Guest Mud Kitchen Living Rm Entry First Floor – 1330 s.f. Most people come to the side entrance instead of the front. It would have been better to have the mud room closer to the side entrance.

  4. Sustainable Sites and Being walking distance from downtown gives our teenagers a Location and Linkages lot of independence. Close to Town Over 20 amenities within ½ mile from home
