  3. NOC structure • Which roles and coverage and responsibility does your staff have? Uniform staff working 8/5 – plus when they can't leave the network • How is your NOC organized? Centralized NOC, but uses hands-on at universities • How does the NOC work with different kinds of tools? There's no tool integration

  4. Front end • What types of users are using your network and services? Focus is on institutional users • How does the SLAs or agreements you have with your customers look like? User don't want money – they want awareness. And we don't like SLAs • Which tools are used to communicate with and keep track of users? Mail to OTRS ticketing, phone
