New Bid Tool • Problem: • Long turnaround time, no member visibility, radius methodology sometimes was not accurate, takes a lot of work to upkeep the system. Only one person at a time can use the bid tool. • Solution: • New Bid Tool
Paperless – More self serve capabilities • Problem: • Changes to member records required a phone call or faxed document to AMBEST to assist, reports are emailed to members and formats are not conducive to each type of member. • Solution: • Member Portal
Scalability, Mobility and Agility • Problem: • Current system does not have a test environment, no modern mobile capabilities and outdated architecture makes it difficult to adjust to rapidly changing market conditions. • Solution: • Mobile app, Full test/prod architecture
