Schedule: Pre-Bond Phase November 2017 – September 2018 Bond Committee to Develop Bond scopes of Work September 2018 H2M/Bond Committee to Present Bond Proposition Project Scopes of Work and Construction Cost Opinions to BOE District to authorize H2M to proceed with SEQRA determinations January 2019 Bond Counsel prepares all necessary resolutions for the BOE BOE adopts SEQRA recommendations District Clerk to publish the Notice of Bond Referendum in School District Newspaper(s) (45 days prior to the date of the bond vote) BOE adopts a Resolution Calling for Bond Referendum to be held in early March, 2019 January - February 2019 Public Information Sessions and School District Newsletter distributed describing bond issue and its impact
Schedule: Vote & Construction Early March 2019 Special District Meeting and Election (Bond Referendum) to vote on Bond Proposition March 2019 – November 2019 Prepare Construction Documents (6-9 months are estimated for preparation of documents. It is estimated that one project will be submitted after approximately 6 months and the second project at 9 months) November 2019 – January 2020 Submit documents to SED for building permit (This timeline assumes 3 rd party review at SED of approximately 3 months in lieu of SED’s traditional 40-week review time) January 2020 – February 2020 Bidding and Award April 2020 Construction Starts
