Aluminium sandcastings from 20 gr. to 24 kg.: Development, production and inspection of electronic printed circuit boards with SMT and PTH Precision turned parts from diameters 2 to 38 mm (sliding head), 2 to 80 mm (turret) up to 350 mm. Milling on CNC machine centers with bed size 500 x 500 mm and vertical reach of 2000 mm.
Seed Group: Technologies and Services Tooling design and development for sheet-metal stamping and punching. Sheet-metal punching, stamping, bending, cutting for sheet thicknesses of 0,05 to 25 mm. Integration of additional Expertise Seed Group is closely integrated with a larger network of complementary technologies and expertise which are, of course, also available to SEED Group customers. Of importance is the cooperation with ‘Surface Finishing’, a sister network of 11 operations in the Pordenone region which specialises in the fi nishing and protection of metal components .
