Substitutions will be considered as long as they do not have a detrimental effect on performance or presentation of content. If your available equipment differs from what is listed below, please contact us so that we may reach an agreement suitable to all. In order to prevent any misunderstandings PLEASE CONTACT US AT LEAST 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE PRESENTATION to confirm that the following stipulations are met, or to discuss any potential adjustments to or substitutions of equipment.   2. Sound check is mandatory. This usually takes 1/2 hour. Wherever possible and practical ARTIST will provide, at the PURCHASER ‘S expense her own audio. If PURCHASER is providing said systems all companies must be approved by ARTIST’S Tour Manager. ARTIST has specific preferences in production companies that should be used whenever possible. PURCHASER will ensure that an adequate number of seats be reserved for FOH audio and lighting equipment. Generally, 4 seats wide by 2 rows deep will be adequate. BALCONY OR BOOTH POSITIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. PORTABLE STAGING Assembled stages must be 8 feet across, 8 feet deep and 2 feet high. The stage must be completely solid and a non-slip surface. (Can be carpeted) For outdoor keynote address a professional roof must cover the stage. FOH and PA wings must be weatherproofed. Tarps for ARTIST’S stage gear must be onsite and immediately accessible. ELECTRICAL PURCHASER must provide adequate power to run all gear; single-phase power service is required for audio. Both services must be located within 50 feet of the stage. LIGHTING Ms. Aglukark is happy to use the in-house lighting equipment in all venues. Road manager can provide more lighting information for venues that have ‘theatrical’ style lighting systems available. Ms. Aglukark does not want any follow spots in general AUDIO SYSTEM Susan Aglukark Keynote Speaker Presentation TECHNICAL RIDER HOSPITALITY RIDER 2018 2 of 6

PURCHASER must provide a complete functional sound system as follows: The main speaker system must cover the entire audience area (including main floor, balconies, coves, etc.) and be of a configuration appropriate to the venue. All system components must be of professional quality. ARTIST’S production manager should determine location and placement of all speakers. Due to the subdued decibel level of the Performance, the entire system (including in ear monitors) must be free of all buzzes, ground loops, dimmer noise, etc. FOH Console : FOH console must have a minimum of 8 inputs, 4-band parametric equalization, 4- pre-fade auxiliary sends. (For example, Allen Health, Midas Venice) Proper console area lighting is required. Processing : At FOH (if console is analog) ONE (1) digital reverb (Lexicon PCM80, TC M1, etc.), ONE (1) compressor (DBX, Drawmer) Monitor Console: No monitor console is required, ARTIST’S in ear systems to be operated from FOH. Monitor System: PURCHASER must provide: ONE (1) Complete Sennheiser G3 wireless in ear monitor systems on separate channels is required. Batteries for these units are required for each show. Microphones: ONE (1) G3 Wireless Handheld Microphone System with e 835 capsule (Shure UR2 Beta 87 wireless handheld microphone systems is another option) Batteries for these units are required ONE (1) Beta 58 at FOH TWO (2) SM58 (wireless preferred) Q&A microphones on stands in the audience if there’s to be a Q&A portion.   4. a) Screens: Free standing (or flown) Minimum size 12 ’ x9 ’ , rear project, with skirt kit. Screen must be placed as high as possible, with bottom of screen ideally at approx. 7ft high b) Projector: • HDMI (preferred) or VGA can be used but not preferred. • Frame size = 16:9 (1920x1080) preferred 4:3 can be used • Line to projector must be run to FOH to interface with our laptop “BUYOUTS” TECHNICAL In some cases (subject to travel limitations etc.) it is possible and preferred for Susan Aglukark to supply the bulk of the technical needs for a flat fee of $500.00. Should the buyer and Artist agree on this option the technical requirements of the buyer are reduced to lighting, video and main speaker system. Susan Aglukark – Dressing Rooms & General Hospitality Rider Susan’s Dressing Room (lockable with no -public access) 4 500ml bottles of non-sparkling water (spring or distilled water) 1 Full length mirror 2 Chairs 1 electrical outlet 1 clean washroom with sink *if event is at hotel where Susan is staying location dressing room may not be needed, Susan can use her hotel room as her change room Meals Hot meal per day per person or negotiable cash buyout (2 people) Hotel: Single Non-Smoking rooms or as per the terms of the contract Ground/Air Transportation As agreed Susan Aglukark Keynote Speaker Presentation TECHNICAL RIDER HOSPITALITY RIDER 2018 5 of 6

  6. CONCLUSION: The preceding is a guideline regarding the requirements of staging of a successful keynote presentation with Susan Aglukark. Please have your technical director contact us at least 30 days prior to the performance so that we may all prepare in advance. We are looking forward to working with you and your staff.
