Accomodation Altamarca will be the official Travel Agent of FIM ISDE 2016. This agency has an extensive background in this field as it was official supplier of the FIM ISDE 2014 in Argentina. So far Altamarca controls a capacity of 1200 bed in a 30 kms area around the Circuito de los Arcos. Altamarca has already made a prospection in the region of Los Arcos, as well as in the surrounding areas in order to define a realistic scenario on the Accomodation options. Altamarca has prepared a document for Teams that includes a wide range of Hotels in different locations and quality standards. Catalogue of Services Hospitality / Catering for Teams: - Open from Thursday 6 October 2016. - Open from 13h00 to 20h00 - Buffet menu - Price per lunch TBA The Organization is in discussion with different suppliers to propose the best prices to all parts involved (Riders, Team personnel, Technical suppliers, journalists, etc). Circuit Garages (Boxes): - Modern garages available for Teams - Using them makes overall freight costs cheaper, as containers do not need to stay at the Circuit during all the Event Internet: The Organization will propose two Internet connection ways: - Guest Connection - Professional Connection Fuel Station: Located inside the Paddock Area - Prices TBC
Catalogue of Services The Organizer will also provide the following services to Teams: - Vynil sticker and livery production - Portable Cabins - Furniture - Office Equipment - Industrial Equipment - Laundry - Kitchen - Beverages - Golf Karts - Scooters - Light Trucks - Quads A complete list of prices will be soon released.
Paddock rules • To drive along the facilities without pass. • To drive being under 14 years old. • To drive recklessly along the paddock, i. e. either driving at a high speed, or not giving way to pedestrians, or surpass the legally allowed passengers within the car. • To drive cars non - according to the technical legislation. • To exchange passes and accreditations. • The access of pets. USE OF CIRCUIT FACILITIES • It is absolutely forbidden to paint, drill, disassemble at the facilities, and to misuse them (paddock, Wall, etc.). • The organization may provide concrete blocks to the teams to fix tents. • It is compulsory to use plastic or similar material covers for the ground within the working tents. • It is the team responsibility to remove the used tyres once the event is finished and deposit the oils, rags, or spare parts inside the bins provided for that use • It is forbidden to cook at the pits and working areas. • Passes will be issued by the Organization
