▪ Meet with the department teams before your first meetings with your vendor to discuss the process, timeline and reviewing their current website pages. ▪ The teams should focus on migrating current content and future needs. ▪ Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery; look for the websites that you like and keep a list. Your vendor will ask you what your favorite sites are and why you like them. ▪ Think outside the box – new website features are being developed and created every day.
