  2. THE VISION The Alhambra A TRULY URBAN COMMUNITY Building upon the framework of the original C.F.Braun campus, a new urban community has emerged. In a largely commercial area, an urban neighborhood is envisioned; a place that fuses residential living with a rich network of landscape spaces. The best of the original campus landscape (heroic trees, elegant communal spaces, a network of courtyards) will be maintained. The desire is to utilize planning, architecture, and landscape to make the entirety of The Alhambra (residential, ofce, and retail) merge seamlessly into a rich and sought after place to live, work…and be inspired.   6. OUR GOALS 1. Fulfill the vision of a seamlessly connected community – ofce, retail and residential. 2.   7. PHASING THE PROJECT IN A SENSIBLE MANNER We will build a new community by creating plots of land that will be developed in a sensible manner. We will create a sense of destination by PHASE 3 fostering “community” within each phase and 3 PODIUM BUILDINGS 36 TOWNHOMES among the greater campus as a whole. Each of the neighborhood plots can be PHASE accessed from adjacent streets, providing 1 permeability that serves the overall campus PARKING with open space, circulation, and safety.
