Supermodule Disassembly — Disassembly of SM-II Cooling problems in L5 short silicone hoses, bends problem has been solved in the mean-time 6 ORI links without power L5S4B worked when checked in clean room, no reason found L4S4A/B, L2S3A/B links had broken fibers, reason for failure not known L2S0A had bad connection in patch-panel DCS Board boot failure (L5S2) serial console output indicated error in root file-system reprogramming via JTAG did not work, probably due to broken flash return DCS board to Dirk for further testing New problem: Power Distribution Box channel L5S3 broken problem first occured during disassembly use alternate one for reassembly, repair in Heidelberg
Supermodule Disassembly — Repair and reassembly of SM-II Chambers will be shipped to GSI for repair of gas leaks repair of SM-V took < 3 weeks available second half of November? Electronics testing no ROB problems seen so far separate electronics test can be skipped: will be done during SM integration
