  1. Transportable & Re-deployable Modular Hangar Facility Product Description

  2. The transportable hangar is designed from DASYC S.A. with unique characteristics which, among others, allow: • Rapid assembly / disassembly of the hangar Hangar modular design • Transportation through land, sea, air • Re-deployment of the hangar into any location Arches detail design

  3. The engineering of the hangar is made in such a way that: the hangar is produced in prefabricated • pieces at the factory Piece preliminary design • composite materials are used, which provide ease of manufacture and assembly and thermo / sound insulating characteristics • the hangar is assembled on site Test mold for preliminary pieces

  4. Pieces and junctions design Top and front view design

  5. • Currently the transportable hangars are offered with the following standard outer dimensions: 10,00m height, 31,00m width, 30,00m long (930 sq.m. surface) • The transportable hangars consist of 3m long arches, so the length of the hangar can be increased or decreased according to the desirable number of arches (the design above consists of 10 arches x 3m each, i.e. total length 30m)

  6. • Unique characteristics in terms of mobility, including air-transportation • Customization of the structure exactly to the needs of the end-user • Low radar signature Single piece design • Increased thermo-insulating capacity & sound isolation • Low IR signature • Fire resistant & energy efficient Two-pieces junction design

  7. Very high snow / dust bearing • capability (more than 0.75 kN/m2) Wind resistance (more than 160km / hour) • Low maintenance needs and costs • • Easily stored after use • Long life expectancy when compared to fabric made shelters Schematic of structural stress tests • Dual-use (civilian and military)

  8. • Transportable hangar, delivered in pieces placed on special made pallets (transportation costs to be included or excluded according to commercial offer) • One (1) set of Special tools per hangar required for the assembly • One (1) set of consumables per hangar required for the first hangar assembly plus two (2) sets of consumables for following assemblies/disassemblies • Personnel Training for the assembly of the hangars • On-site assembly services • Warranty

  9. • Camouflage painting • IR painting • A/C integration • Electrical installation • Front / rear doors Artistic design • Integration of photovoltaic panels

  10. • Provides to the military end-users extended operational capabilities • Increased safety and protection of equipment / materials from environment conditions like heat, cold, sea salt, humidity etc. • Improvement of the working environment of support and operational personnel • Improved military survivability due to lower IR and Radar signature • Ease of storage and transportation

  11. Appropriate to be used for civil or military purposes as storage or parking facility or provisional working space for: • Air means (aircrafts, helicopters) • Equipment of construction sites, airports • Vehicles (of any type) • Provisional workshop (reusable) • On-site personnel support facility • Hospital facility • Disaster relief
