  6. 2019 BRIDGE MAINTENANCE • Replacement of the 3-sided box under Frantz Road over Cosgray Creek (south of Metro Place South) • Construction: Fall 2019

  7. 2019 PEDESTRIAN TUNNEL MAINTENANCE • Tunnel under Carnoustie Drive West of Springburn Drive • Remove existing battered stone headwalls • Install new CIP concrete headwall with stone veneer • Construction: Summer/Fall 2019

  11. HYLAND-CROY ROAD & RIVIERA CONNECTOR (CACCHIO LANE) • 2,000 feet of new roadway connecting Hyland-Croy Road and Cacchio Lane from the Riviera development • New waterline, storm, private utility relocation and turn lanes on Hyland-Croy • Construction complete and road open – end of May 2019

  15. SEWER EXTENSIONS – AREA 4A (PHASE 2) • Install new 8” sanitary sewers and 8” water main for River Knolls subdivision • Install new 12” water main along Riverside Drive between Emerald Pkwy & Bright Rd. • Includes a 2” lift station • Design is underway • Budget Estimate: $710,000

Neighborhood Parks - Custom Programming It’s simple: • Submit a request form online with preferred date, time & program choice • Our staff contact you to arrange the program logistics • We schedule it and send you payment information • Fees vary per program based on activity, supplies & staffing • Activities must be held in your nearest park or green space May – September • Request forms should be submitted 30 days prior to your preferred date and received before August 16 for this season

Block Party Package We provide passive leisure activities for children/families led by a Community Recreation Instructor for a 2 hour timeframe during your block party. $195 fee includes: ● Bubbles and bubble machine ● Large Jenga ● Parachute ● Large Connect 4 ● Golf Ladder ● Can Jam ● Large Yard Dice to play Yahtzee or Farkle ● Large Frisbees ● Mini art station
