How do I apply: Online application form and face to face assessment centre When do applications close: May 2019 How much does it cost: £1,500p.a. (£3,000 altogether) Subsidy available: £500 (£1,000 altogether) for eligible schools 8

Future Leaders - Content Future Leaders Year One: • Inspirational Summer Residential (5 th -7 th July 2019 and 25 th -30 th July 2019) • 3 cohort weekends • 3 one day learning events Further complimenting the existing work • 6 one-to-one coaching sessions that you do to support your leaders…. • Mentoring from an experienced Head working in a similar context • Starting out in church schools Termly meeting with peer learning group Leadership briefings • School placement Mentoring schemes for leaders Annual Education Conference Year Two: ‘Valuing all God’s children’ events • Inspirational Summer Residential (TBC in 2020) SIAMS and RE development days • 2 cohort weekends including careers guidance and support towards Collective Worship training gaining headship Diocesan Education Conferences • 6 one-to-one coaching sessions and continued access to mentor • Study tour of schools in different contexts to help you learn from the best • School placement 9
