Overview Texas Clear Lanes project with an estimated design-build cost of $1.59B Total length of 16.6 miles comprised of three roadways: I-20, I-820 and US 287 Project scope for I-20 from Forest Hill Drive to Park Springs Boulevard: – Construction of one additional general purpose lane (GPL), plus four-lane collector distributors, in each direction. – Reconstruction and realignment of existing GPLs, frontage roads, on- and off-ramps and an interchange.
