CAPACITY ENHANCEMENT Grantees will receive support to develop necessary skills and expertise • Remote helpdesk for technical guidance • Capacity enhancement workshops for national and regional grant recipients
APPLICANT ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA Legal entity located in an (African) ACP country Non-private sector Project co-funding and post- project sustainability plan Support for staff time, travel, meetings and workshops More limited support for IT services and equipment Data licensing: CC-BY or CC0 etc
