A “Life Hack” is a strategy or technique adopted in order to manage one's time and daily activities in a more efficient way. Life Hacks often utilize common everyday items that are repurposed to make everyday tasks easier.

Life Hacks can be used to maintain independence because some help accommodate motor, mobility, and flexibility issues. Life Hacks often utilize repurposed items so they can solve problems and save you money! Life Hacks can be created with the help of younger family members!
