Purpose for Parent Advisory Committee Meeting Major Topics For Fall PAC ● Provides another way for parents to be involved Helps parents connect with Administration, Faculty, and staff ● ● Discuss input collected regarding the School policy. ● All parents or guardians with students at RPS can be a PAC member Strengthen the relationship between home and school ● ● Approve Parent-School Compacts ● Provide input for training opportunities ● Elect DAC Representative ● Parents provide input on school wide programs and policies ● Parents provide input on school wide family activities ● Data is documented to help improve future happenings *REFER TO YOUR PAC FAQS* Title I Budget District Advisory Council (DAC) Title I Budget is spent on salaries for the following: Title I Parent Cafe - January 9 @ The Catoosa Learning Center ● Interventionist Title I District Advisory Council - May 7 @ The Catoosa Learning Center ● Academic Coach ● Parent Engagement ● Develop, Discuss and Revise District Policy ● Fellowship with parents from other Catoosa County Schools ● Meet leaders/administrators in Catoosa County Education System
