Native Arabic and Islamic Education Requirements • Same as MS (based on Ministry Requirements) • Arab Nationals need to take native Arabic all four years • Muslim Students need to take Islamic Education all four years • Arab National Muslim Students need to take Native Islamic education all four years • Islamic Education takes place in one half of an elective block

Registration Process • February 11 th and 12 th - Registration Forms will be collected by HS Counselors in 8 th grade English classes – individual meetings will be held • Before Spring Break - students will be notified of foreign language and math placement • Step-Up Day held in May • Parent Transition Meeting in May • Students receive official schedules on the first day of school – Fall 2015.

Counselor Tips Try to finish your fine art requirement in grade 9 or 10 Take advantage of opportunities to try new subjects, for example: Beginning Band, Choir, Robotics, etc. Plan ahead by completing the four year plan on the back of your handout.
