New Collaborative Channel • Discussions/collaboration between meetings: – Communicate issues and concerns to the board – Updates on supplier working group efforts • Improved Management – QPC Coordinator and board members are able to easily access and download a reliable member list that includes email addresses – Google analytics allows tracking of engagement and popular content/posts – Ability to easily “poll” members to capture a larger voice on when meetings should be had, what topics are of most interest etc.
