FEP are a network much like the FCCAN with a vision and aims to deliver environment benefits across Fife We meet 4 times a year Our Vision To set a clear direction for partners tackling climate change in Fife with specific focus on carbon emissions reduction and climate change adaptation
FEP The Scottish Government instructs councils to deliver policies and strategies. FEP delivered the Climate Change strategy for Fife council with a target of 42% reduction in emissions by 2020. In line with Scottish targets. FEP/Refsol will monitor and report on progress towards tackling climate change through a Sustainable Energy Climate Action Plan (SECAP)

Energy demand in Scotland
How to decide what projects to do • Look at where energy demand is • How to reduce that demand • How can we supply demand with low carbon energy.
Community consultations • Initial community consultations will be held in January and February 2017 around SECAP projects. • We would welcome feedback on where best to locate these consultations.
