Background of Northpine • Established in 1976 as Northpine Garden Cities • 2120 homes • 8 places of worship • 2 primary schools • 1 high school • 3 business centres occupied by small business owners • Accessed through 5 vehicular entrances with increasing and increasing foot traffic. 11-Feb-17 3
