Partnerships & collaboration Pathways for Children with Developmental Delays We are partnering with early childhood public service providers in Melbourne’s west to make services and supports easier to access and use for families and workers. A Referral Decision Aid was developed to clarify eligibility and • referrals. PCDD Alliance collectively monitoring and responding to systems • changes and challenges. Next steps : Develop regional discussion paper about identifying • & supporting vulnerable families to access & use services, based on review of literature and scoping of local work.
