Peer support network • A ‘ drop-in ’ advise hub/network Join the whole session or just pop in to share what you are doing or ask a question • To meet every 2 weeks during the school term… even after lockdown • Deep-dive A themed focus session to explore specific subjects requested by participants A space to share best practice / case studies A space to bring specialist speakers on sustainability matters

  6. Deep dive - Dietary choices What is it about? To challenge students to come up with a prize-winning recipe of their favourite meal but with one condition, that: • they should be vegetarian • include local produce or sustainably grown ingredients • consider issues such as about food miles and food waste Proposed approach • Entries can be submitted in different formats including a cook along vide clip, a poster, a booklet/flier… Any other? • Submissions should be entertaining, informative and provide clear instruction • Recipes should be innovative and tasty • Winning entries will be included in recipe booked to be shared with all schools in the borough • Recipes will be considered by your catering with the view of making some of them available in your school
