  18. We feel that the College’s Formation Program is created to help guide our students through their middle years at school especially in the transition from Junior School. Learning: Students learn skills in planning, prioritising, organising and being independent. Leadership: Students develop leadership capacity that contributes positively to their sense of self identity. Service: Students put themselves in the place of others working to develop empathy.
