Our Training Vision • “ to train and enable our high-performance workforce with the adaptive skills and abilities required to reach and sustain future levels of safety, efficiency, and sustainability ” ( Destination 2025 ). • Training Goal: Maintain a curriculum that provides quality training to help all employees perform their job responsibilities in accordance with the policies and direction of Flight Standards to support the aviation safety mission. • Training Goal: Evolve the training infrastructure — including technology, organization, administration, and facilities — to efficiently provide the services and support that all employees need to optimize learning.
