Cross-Stream Subjects (3 (3NA) • Sec 3NA students may offer to do Mathematics, Science and Mother Tongue Languages at the 3 EXPRESS level if they meet the following criteria: Course School-based Results Option to offer (End-of-Year Overall Results) subject at N(A) 75% or higher in specific subject and clear EXP level starting a qualifying test for the specific subject from Secondary 3 • Limited to max. of 3 higher-level subjects, including any existing SBB subjects. • Advisable to be performing well in other core subjects (e.g. at least a pass in English) • Students expected to bridge content gap on their own. No structured bridging programme will be provided. 9

Students need to work towards meeting these criteria if they aspire to take these subjects. 2. Students aspiring to proceed to Sec 5 may wish to refer to online JAE booklet to find out what are the entry requirements for their post-secondary options (JC, Poly, ITE, etc.) after their Sec 5. Based on the course they are interested in, then decide which electives to opt for. The current version is for year 2020.
