PRO ROJECT CT PHASES AND TIMEL ELINE The project is divided into three phases: 1. Demolition and Framing 2. Cladding 3. Fit-Out The proposed commencement date for the first phase is November 2020 with a project duration of 18 Months. For the Commencement of the First phase, approximately £1,000,000 in addition to the available funds.
