  2. Scheduling Process • Your registration forms have been given to NHHS. They were due to the high school by November 20 th . • Before winter break, a draft of your scheduling contract with your course recommendations will be given to you to take home and review. • Your job over winter break is to decide upon your world language choice, 2 electives, and 2 alternate electives. • The final scheduling contract is to be completed with Mrs. Casellini (formerly Ms. Barrett) beginning January 4 th by appointment • Appointment schedule will be posted on the counselor’s office door and passes will be given to homeroom teachers • Come to your appointment prepared – with world language choice – 2 elective choices – 2 alternates • After your appointment, you will take your final contract home to be signed by your parent/guardian. • Contracts must be signed and returned by Thursday, January 14 th . Mrs. Casellini will be bringing them to NHHS on Friday, January 15 th . They will not be accepted after this date so please plan accordingly. Be aware of weather forecasts that may impact you getting your course contract to school!

Important Dates • From today until your appointment – Start thinking about what world language, electives, and alternates you may be interested in – Before winter break, you will get a draft of your course selections – I will begin meeting with students on January 4 th for appointments to finalize your schedules. You will take these home for parent signature. • Thursday, January 14 th – SIGNED SCHEDULES ARE DUE • January 19-February 9, 2016 – Parent appointments available with NHHS counselors (call 908-713- 4130) • March, 2016 – Course request verification sheets mailed home
