It is a big part of making the Fair happen that is bigger than advertising and although you are making a donation that brings our local community together, the value is HUGE.

Special Area Sponsorship • An abundance of special areas and exhibits are available for sponsorship at the Fair. From the Circus and featured attractions to the Wine Gardens and special educational exhibits. There are many exciting and wonderful parts of the Fair that can become your “Own”. Beringer Vineyards sponsored the popular “Dancing in the Streets” promotion for several years.
Partnerships that work… Clover Stornetta has long put smiles on children’s faces by sponsoring “Kids Korner: at the Fair. Of course, the free ice cream cones to all doesn’t hurt either! Coca-Cola becomes the official “Fair Beverage” by becoming a Fair Sponsor. Their sponsorship of the Children’s Entertainment Lot ties in to their beverage service.
Sponsorship Levels $10,000 “True Gold Friend of the Fair Event Sponsor • Special Banner/signage noting your company’s name and logo inside the fairgrounds during the Fair • Logo in newspaper ads and mention in spot radio advertising prior to and during the • annual fair as agreed upon. • Mention in general Fair press releases with print logo on promotional pieces such as • flyers, posters and tent cards. • You will receive a minimum of 25 mini ads (copy provided by you) over the grounds PA system by our Voice of the Fair during the run of the Fair • Products or services to be highlighted by utilizing a 10’ x 20’ commercial area to • promote and/or sell your services. • 60 complimentary tickets to the Fair, 20 tickets to the “Gala” preview wine tasting/appetizers celebration and 60 one day parking passes. • Four tickets to events held at the Exposition (maximum $100 value)
Sponsorship Levels Continued $5,000 “Silver Friend of the Fair” Premium Area Sponsorship • Logo in newspaper ad and other print ads prior to and during the annual fair. • You will receive a minimum of 15 mini ads (copy to be provided by you) over the grounds PA system during the run of the fair. • Products and services to be highlighted by utilizing a 10’ x 10’ commercial area to promote and/or sell your services. • 30 complimentary tickets to the Fair, 30 tickets to the “Gala” preview wine tasting/appetizer celebration and 30 one day parking passes.
Sponsorship Levels Continued • $2,500 “Day at the Fair” Sponsorship • The fair will also design at your expense (unless provided by you) and hang a banner which reads “WELCOME TO YOUR NAPA TOWN & COUNTRY FAIR FROM YOUR FRIENDS AT….(your company name)”. This large eighteen foot banner will fly over the main walkway of the fairgrounds and will be proudly displayed on your day! • You will receive a minimum of 10 mini ads (copy supplied by you) over the grounds PA system on your “Day” • A 10’ x 10’ booth located at the Third Street entrance on your Day to promote your business or service organization. A great place to hand out coupons or your business goodie bags. • 20 complimentary tickets to the Fair, 10 passes to the “Gala” preview wine tasting celebration and 20 one day parking passes.
Sponsorship Levels Continued $1,500 to $5,000 Specific Area Sponsorship Including Friends Sponsorship Pool • Hang a banner or sign in the area of your sponsorship. • Set up an exhibit area in which to leave handouts, brochures, etc. to promote your business in your area of sponsorship. Space size is determined by degree of sponsorship. • Additional promotional opportunities depending on degree of sponsorship. • Additional advertising and benefits depending on degree of sponsorship. • Complimentary tickets to the Napa Town & Country Fair, passes to the “Gala” preview wine tasting celebration and one day parking passes. Quantity to be determined by the degree of sponsorship. Specific Areas include, but are not limited to: Building specific Grandstand Arena Bandstand Stage Wine Gardens Plaza Stage Family Entertainment – such as circus, petting farm, roving entertainers etc. Grandstand Arena • In Kind Donations: In-kind donations of products and services are gladly accepted by the Napa Valley Exposition. Appropriate contributions valued at $500 or more that saves expenditures on the production of the Fair (examples-printing costs, exhibit supplies, hotel rooms, advertising) are treated as cash sponsorships on a dollar to dollar value. All in-kind contributions can be combined with cash donations to attain higher sponsorship levels.
