Some Numbers  We aim for a first year class of about 15 - 20 students;  The program is made up of:  First and second year full-time students;  Part-time students;  CAGS students who are predominantly part-time  We have approximately 50 students at any given time in the program  The majority of our students are full-time. 7

Our Program: MS in Counseling Psychology  Course work requirements: 60 semester hour program  Clinical work requirements:  150 hour Practicum Experience  600 hour internship experience  Electives: 1. General; 2. Concentrations  Three courses which can be taken as general electives or used to study within a concentration  Full time study requires four to five courses a semester, plus two courses in summer between first and second year  Part-time programs are tailored to students, although clinical placements are more difficult to develop and are the responsibility of the student as well as attending some early afternoon scheduled classes. The Program meets pre-degree licensing requirements for mental health counselors in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. 9
