Are you ready or are you nervous? Set the right tone from the start

  13. • In front of the camera relax, take deep breaths, find a calm space and focus • Keep eye contact and look straight into the camera • Take you 0me - don’t be afraid to stop if you lose your train of thought so you can refocus and have another go (this is pre recorded – you don’t have to be a One Take Wonder) • Don’t move about too much, don’t make drama0c facial expressions or wave your arms around • And most of all smile!
