Set Goals for Session task-based based on upcoming event based on previous race or session focus on no more than 3 goals / session
Visualizing imagine performing task-based goal from your perspective add additional senses real time
When to Visualize 1. to warm up 2a. after each loop 2b. after each loop 2c. after each loop 3. at the end
