New Dough Feeding Plant New Dough Feeding Plant Installed at Lewis Bakery 23 rd June. Investment and NPD continues to give Lewis Bakery a valuable niche market position. The new equipment will improve efficiency and product consistency. Staff are being re deployed into other departments to continue the bakery development.
