General Business. Nil 9. Questions Questions emailed by WH on 14 May 2020 Q: With Westside Northern Rehabilitation receiving official sign off, does that mean it is fully completed? (p.5) A: Yes, no more works to complete and we can now relinquish the mining title over the land (ie hand back to the state) and the land becomes normal/unencumbered land. Q: What is the expected completion date for Westside Southern Rehabilitation? (p.15) A: Approximately 50% of the southern rehab of Westside we plan to submit for sign off over the coming 12 months, however, the other areas may take a few more years to get to the
Macquarie Coal Complex Community Consultative Committee Meeting Minutes point where sign off can be granted as juvenile trees need to sprout from the dropped seeds as the trees get older. Q: What is the extent of the subsidence remediation works in the Sugarloaf State Conservation Area? (p.15) A: Approximately 50% of subsidence remediation is completed in the Sugarloaf State Conservation Area and we plan to complete the works mid 2021. Q: Any idea what happened to the dust gauge adjacent to the Teralba Bowling Club (p.21) and has it happened before? A: We think the dust gauge has been stolen because the bowling club has been closed due to COVID ‐ 19 ie no one around, so with it opening back up we may not have any future issues. This is the first time this gauge has been stolen. 10. Actions Arising from the Meeting Nil Next meeting planned for November 2020 pending COVID ‐ 19 restrictions
