PURPOSE The purpose of the proposed projects is to maintain safe travel along Project WIS 95 between Alma Center and Merrillan. NO ACTION • Both structures and WIS 95 would eventually be deemed unsafe to travel. REHABILITATIVE MEASURES Design • Halls Creek sufficiency rating was high enough to deem appropriate, but Cisna’s is too low. Alternatives • Rehabilitative measures are only temporary fixes RECONSTRUCTION • Safest alternative • Long term fix • Meets all needs of the project
PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS WOULD INCLUDE: Removal of existing roadway, guardrail and structures • Construction of new concrete bridges • Project • Changing slope of roadway Information • Constructing new roadway • Installing new guardrail Seed, fertilizer and e-mat on slopes •

Detour and Traffic Impacts – Local Traffic COUNTY AND TOWN ROADS AVAILABLE: HALLS CISNA A quicker route for locals if needed • Routes will not be signed • • Residents on WIS 95 between the two bridges will be directed to use Railroad Road to get to the open corridor of WIS 95 POSSIBLE UN-SIGNED LOCAL ROUTE
