  18. Race Organization Race Chair Race Chairman an Directs all non-technical committees from organization to completion of race. Chief Chief of of Race Race Responsible for all technical and security aspects of the race. Chairs the team Captain’s meeting Chief of Chief of Admin ministration stration In charge of all records, the draw, registration, bibs and results production and distribution. Chief Chief of of Course Course Supervises on-the-hill arrangements such as course preparation and maintenance, course marking including flags, dyeing and numbering, course clean up and works with Course Setter. Chief of Chief of Time Timekeeping and Calcu and Calculation ation Supervises all timing, communications and calculations, plans and sets up timing and communication systems, oversees timers, starters, calculators, recorders and spotters.
