Z4000 coffee brewer A is equipped with Z4000, granting top quality drinks and KREA optimized delivery times: Z4000 is available in two versions: Small: for a very short espresso coffee Large: for longer espresso coffee drinks (from 7 to 15 grams of ground coffee) Very interesting for the roaster. New coffee brewer cover easy to remove which keeps the machine clean and tidy once the door is open 12
New Z4000 coffee brewer Superb quality coffee which remains unchanged cup after cup. • The compact boiler grants a perfect temperature • of the first coffee and avoids overheating of the next drinks. 13
New Freemix Instant technology • New mixers and adjustable motordosers whose speed can be customized according to the local needs (quality vs speed): powders flow, mixing speed • New single powder canisters with 1 LT and 2 LT capacity • The parts which must be activated (green) and cleaned (blue) are coloured so that the technician can easily understand which operation should be done • Blue pipes go out from coffee group and from 14 mixer to nozzles

Electronics Thanks to the latest N&W electonic platform it is possible to customize the machine parameters and drinks recipes thus granting the maximum quality and service level to the end user. • 16 bit technology with 4 MB flash memory • Open system for statistics transmission and collection in compliance with EVA-DTS protocol • Data retrieval via infra red (enhanced DDCMP protocol) or using connector JACK protocol (DEX) with negotiation of the transmission baudrate between machine and terminal 21
