The JHWS is part of a three step process to guide the commissioning of health and well-being services in Hounslow; People and place Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA) What does our Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy So what does our population population need, look like? now and in the future So what are our priorities for collective action, and what assets do what outcomes do we want to achieve, and we have?” how will we achieve them together?” The Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy is an opportunity for Health and Wellbeing Board partners to explore issues that they have not managed to tackle on their own.
