Pilot Control offers a NCE ENTRATI selectable temperature range • Reduced size and mass makes this PCU TION suitable for many platform applications ON • Provides effective cooling improving Pilot comfort and performance • Designed for multi mission roles

F-35 Program Information Non Export Controlled Information – Releasable to Foreign Persons PCU SDD Status • PCU and associated equipment progressed through CDR • Initial Functional Prototype; PCU, Battery, Charger and Ground Support Equipment all supplied • 2 x Pilot Vehicle Interface (PVI) events held in 2010 with IFP equipment • Pilot feedback was positive • PVI feedback incorporated into design updates for FS units • Qualification Standard units being produced, commenced validation 1 st Qtr 2012 • Direct connection to Battery preferred at PVI; improved portability • Direct coupling to the battery is via dagger pins & swing clamps
