How do SDB graduation rates compare to the state? ● SDB graduation rates have steadily increased over the last 5 years and are .3% below the state average. ● SDB economic disadvantage graduation rate has exceeded state average for the past 5 years. ● SDB ELL/LEP graduation rate has exceeded state average for the past 5 years. ● SDB students of color graduation rate has exceeded state average for the past 5 years. ● SDB African American graduation rate is 20 percentage points higher than the state average. ● SDB male graduation rate increased by 16.9%.

What are the pathways to graduation in the SDB and what does that data show us? ● The SDB has many options to meet the needs of all students. ● 10% of the 2013-2014 graduate cohort received a diploma through an alternate program. ● SDB alternate programs offer nontraditional pathways to success for students.
